6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nudge Habit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
